In November of 2005, the Texarkana Public Schools Foundation initiated the Pride Campaign. This campaign will provide scholarships for students enrolled in the AVID program. Presently, there are over 260 students involved with this program. The foundation’s work depends entirely on the commitment and donations, large and small of businesses, organizations, and individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the power of local education.
